All products on this website are subject to availability. Whilst we endeavour to provide up to date product information, please note that all images are for illustrative purposes only and colour, size and style may vary. Prices are correct at time of publishing but may be subject to fluctuations. If you can't find the product you are looking for, please let us know. We also offer guaranteed lowest UK prices.

Credit Card Security

 

We use PayPal® for the processing of all credit and debit card payments. They take responsibility for capturing and storing card details on their secure servers and always ensure that this information is held with the highest levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company. Delay in goods

We will have the majority of the products advertised on our website in stock at our retail outlet and can therefore despatch goods the same day that your order is received by us. For items that we have to order, we obviously rely on the manufacturers and will give you an estimate of the expected delivery date.

Shortages

Should there be a shortage with your delivery, it is your responsibility to keep all the packaging in which the goods were delivered in. If you discard these then we cannot investigate the shortfall (for insurance and delivery company investigation department) We cannot make a claim on your behalf without the packaging and therefore cannot re-send replacement goods.

Unused goods

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from www.golfcentreonline.co.uk, you may return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret that refunds cannot be made for any product that shows evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We do not give post and packing refunds for goods that have turned up late due to shippers’ problems, out of stock items, variations in colour or upgraded equipment. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on custom made products once they have been ordered. As these are specifically made to measure, we are in the hands of the custom fit departments of the suppliers and all lead times are estimated. There may be fluctuations in the delivery times.

Sending back a product

It is the receivers’ responsibility to return any product unwanted or faulty. Please email or telephone us prior to returning any goods.

Undelivered items

We require a signature for all deliveries. If the item is returned to us because the product was not signed for, we do charge a re delivery of the said items. If the receiver refuses a delivery we will only refund for the cost of goods and not for the post and packing.

Damaged goods

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, please phone/email us immediately. Once the goods have been used we will not be responsible for any claims for damaged goods. We will arrange for collection of goods and on inspection will send a replacement by return.
